NU 542 : Clinical Competency Session
Students come to campus for 2 days and are required to perform a head to toe assessment using a systems approach. They will also assess heart and lung sounds in the simulation lab and perform procedures such as pelvic/vaginal, prostate, breast, rectal, and hernia exams. Students will also be required to do a well-baby/child exam.
Prerequisites
NU 510, NU 520 and NU 530.
